Hi!! I'm Lisa. I'm a mom who's struggled to regain her body and confidence after having children. My weight skyrocketed during my second pregnancy, causing me to put on just over 50 pounds. Losing that baby weight was a challenge that I was not ready for. So trust me when I say I know what it's like to not feel comfortable in your own skin! I've made mistakes, I've had more setbacks than I'd like to admit, but through my failings I've learned how to make this process work more efficiently. As a result, I've made it my mission to help others learn to get healthy and love themselves like they deserve!
